Role Description
PemaSiddhi is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will develop and implement strategic sales plans, oversee the sales team, and establish strong relationships with clients to drive business growth. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, generating leads, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze Market Trends, Forecast Sales, and develop Strategic Plans.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Sales Tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional Leadership and Team Management skills.
- Results-driven with excellent Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Previous experience in the Mumbai market or extensive knowledge of the local business landscape
