Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Manager-Critical Care based in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategic planning to meet sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and leading the sales team. Additionally, they will oversee product promotion efforts, manage customer accounts, and provide sales performance reports to senior management. The role also involves identifying market trends and opportunities for business growth.


Requirement

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent team management and leadership abilities to oversee and motivate the sales team.
  • Good understanding of market analysis, strategic planning, and business development strategies.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and account management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and experience in Critical Care sales is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field is required.
  • 3 Years of Work Experience as Sales Manager & Knowledge of Eastern India Market.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment and adapt to market challenges.
