Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Sales Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and improving sales performance. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. The role includes regularly reporting on achievements, fostering client satisfaction, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the hearing solutions market.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and business development experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Solid understanding of market analysis, strategic planning, sales techniques, and sales forecasting
- Ability to analyze and adapt to market trends and customer feedback
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Experience in the audiology industry or medical devices sector is an asset
