Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Manager who can spearhead lead generation and sales conversion efforts for our custom app development, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and positioning TechAhead’s services as the solution.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and nurture qualified leads across Middle East
- Position TechAhead's core offerings: mobile & web app development, UI/UX design, cloud services, IoT, and digital transformation consulting.
- Conduct discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and solution presentations tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with marketing and pre-sales to convert inbound leads and support outbound campaigns.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM) to track engagement, pipeline progress, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the tech team to draft proposals, solutions, and presentations for RFPs and RFIs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to optimize outreach strategy.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Contribute to refining sales processes and building reusable playbooks and sales enablement material.
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably within IT services or product engineering domains.
- Strong background in selling digital solutions like mobile apps, web apps, cloud integration, or enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with UI/UX, DevOps, or agile development practices.
- Proven track record in selling digital transformation services and AWS cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach to client conversations.
- Proficient with CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
- Ability to understand client requirements and collaborate with technical teams for tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Exposure to international markets and clients.
- Knowledge of proposal creation, SoW drafting, and project estimation processes.
