- Acquire new customers for two-wheeler loans within the identified segment and catchment area.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for new customer acquisition by analyzing customer needs.
- Provide regular feedback to Relationship Managers on customer requirements and business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to selling norms and standard operating procedures (SOPs) defined by the organization.
- Maintain strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality sourcing in line with the bank’s standards and policies.
- Mentor and coach team members to instill a culture of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
- Foster an environment focused on automation and digital enablement to meet customer needs effectively.
- Attract and retain top talent to support the bank’s rapid growth objectives.
Education
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in retail banking or loan products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for service excellence.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and identify business opportunities.
- Knowledge of banking products and loan processes.
- Team leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Commitment to compliance and operational discipline.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
