This Position Will Be Reporting To Zonal Sales Manager - Construction Chemicals BU Of The Respective Region And Will Be Accountable For The Following Objectives At Given Work Area

  •   Will be responsible and accountable for leading sales team of Concrete Admixture, VAP, Ancillary Products & other construction chemicals portfolio in the allotted cluster.
  •   Should have good relationship in Key Accounts like L&T, Tata Projects, Afcons and other Infrastructure Companies.
  •   Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
  •   Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
  •   Maintain pricing parameters and margin control
  •   Recommend/Implement actions required to improve system performance.
  •   Monthly planning & reporting
  •   Sales Forecast and Market Intelligence.
  •   Lead an area as to ensure delivery of product meeting customer requirements and responsible for customer satisfaction index.
  •   Maintain and observe the quality, environment, health, safety in the system.

4-6 years of Experience. He should have experience in Sales & Marketing of Construction Chemical products /RMCs/ Cement Project Sales/ Other relevant Building material Products
