Urgent Hiring with one of our top clients in food and beverage industry.
Role- Sales Head (Modern Trade, Ecommerce & Q-Comm)- Handling Pan India
Base Location- Bangalore
Experience- 14 to 20 Yrs
Budget- Max 70 to 75 LPA
Job Purpose (Role Objective)
To lead and manage the complete lifecycle of the food and beverages portfolio and its distribution efforts in Modern Trade, Ecommerce and Quick commerce channels. ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and market share objectives aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in General Trade, Modern Trade, and Online Sales channels.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
- Establish strong relationships with key accounts and distributors.
Market Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in both traditional and online retail spaces.
- Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to drive sales growth.
Product Launch and Marketing:
- Devise go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure the successful introduction of new products into the market.
Distribution Management:
- Optimize distribution networks to enhance product availability and visibility.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of distributors and sales representatives.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Oversee the entire S&OP Process, coordinating with Production, logistics and Distributor teams.
- Develop annual operating plans , including Budgets forecasts.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness in sales operations.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed business decisions.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 14 to 20 years of experience in FMCG sales leadership, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and Building Sales and Operational Processes
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire a high-performance sales team.
