This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Head based in Gurugram. The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the organization's sales strategy, driving business growth, and building strong relationships with clients. Core tasks will include developing and executing sales plans, identifying market opportunities, managing a high-performing sales team, and achieving revenue objectives. Collaboration with marketing and operational teams will be vital to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the sales team toward achieving targets
• Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market opportunities, and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
• Problem-solving ability and strategic thinking to address challenges and improve sales performance
• Familiarity with the hospitality sector and an understanding of its sales dynamics is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software
