Sales Head

As we scale our premium retail business in Delhi NCR, we are looking for a Retail Sales Head (Early 30s) who is:

• ⁠Deeply number-driven
• Extremely dynamic and entrepreneurial
• A fast learner with high intellectual curiosity
• Humble and values-driven
• Aligned with a wellness-oriented and purpose-led organization

This role is ideal for someone who wants to:

• Build a high-performance retail engine
• Work directly with the founder and leadership team
• Lead growth in a design-led premium consumer category
• Help create a global wellness brand from India

Education:

We strongly prefer candidates from top-tier institutions (IIT / IIM / ISB / leading global universities) with a strong academic track record and evidence of hard work and excellence.

Experience:

6–10 years in luxury retail / interiors / premium consumer brands / high-value B2C sales

Compensation:

For the right candidate, compensation is not a constraint.
