Job Description
We are looking for Sales General Manager with strong experience in the QSR industry to lead sales strategy, manage channels, and drive business growth in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
• Analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners
• Ensure products and services meet customer needs while promoting ethical and sustainable practices
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance
• Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams
• Develop and manage sales channel strategies
• Manage relationships with sales channel partners
• Improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
• Promote sustainability initiatives across sales channels
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in the QSR industry with minimum 4 years’ experience at Director level
• Professional certifications related to Sales, Commercial, or Business Development are a plus
