We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Waste Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing existing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive suite of waste management and recycling solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the waste industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors for waste collection, recycling, and disposal services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments for potential clients to understand their waste management challenges and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable agreements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service implementation and ongoing client support.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the waste management sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management, outlining progress towards goals and identifying areas for improvement.
