Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will identify and qualify prospective customers, present company solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, following up on leads, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM. The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction, monitor market trends, and provide feedback to improve offerings. The role also involves achieving assigned sales targets, participating in local marketing or promotional activities, and building long-term relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in outbound and inbound sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in clear, business-focused language.
  • Experience using CRM or sales management tools to track pipelines, activities, and performance metrics.
  • Solid negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills with business customers.
  • Understanding of technology or software solutions, or willingness to learn quickly in a tech-focused environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities in parallel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales or technology sales is an advantage.
