This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will engage with clients, understand their real estate needs, and present curated property solutions. Responsibilities include building client relationships, conducting site visits, participating in negotiation processes, and achieving monthly sales targets. Additionally, the role entails maintaining records, preparing sales reports, and actively contributing to the team’s success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the real estate market, customer needs, and property trends is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate within teams, and demonstrate a proactive approach.
• Relevant experience in sales or a background in real estate consultancy is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
