Job Title: Sales Executive (Digital marketing & Media - On Field Sales)
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office & Field Sales
Experience: 1–3 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Overview:
UNVII IT Solutions Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in Digital Marketing and Media Sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals while representing the company's digital marketing and media solutions. This role requires regular client meetings and field visits, making it ideal for candidates who are comfortable with on-field sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales, networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Promote and sell digital marketing services, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Branding, and related solutions.
- Develop business opportunities for media sales, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Identify client requirements and propose customized marketing and media solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities using CRM or reporting tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing Sales, Media Sales, Advertising Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services and media advertising solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be comfortable with on-field sales and frequent client visits.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Must be available to work 6 days a week.
- Candidates with an existing network in digital marketing, advertising, or media industries will have an added advantage.
