Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong experience in hard-core sales, cold calling, and B2B business development. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be capable of generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers to promote company services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales.
- Proven experience in hard-core sales and cold calling.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Criteria:
- Experience in IT Services, Staffing, SaaS, EdTech or similar industries.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be preferred.
