Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline within the printing and packaging sector. Responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, understanding their packaging and printing needs, and presenting tailored solutions and proposals. The role involves negotiating pricing and terms, closing sales, and achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. The Sales Executive will also coordinate with internal design, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate order execution and high customer satisfaction, while maintaining up-to-date records in CRM or sales tracking tools and preparing regular sales reports and market feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management within printing, packaging, or related industries.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical aspects of printing processes, custom packaging solutions, and branding requirements to clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at multiple organizational levels.
  • Effective prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management skills, including use of CRM or similar sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad, with readiness for client visits and fieldwork as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant sales experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative, with a commitment to customer service and long-term partnerships.
