Company Description The Crafture is a bespoke furniture studio rooted in Indian craftsmanship, where every piece is custom-made rather than mass produced. Working with solid wood, natural materials, and highly skilled artisans, the studio designs furniture tailored to each client’s space, lifestyle, and vision. Every aspect—from concept and proportions to finishes, fabrics, and functionality—is carefully considered to create cohesive interiors. Based in a workshop in Gurgaon, The Crafture encourages clients to experience the making process firsthand. The studio is committed to crafting durable, thoughtfully designed spaces that feel timeless and personal.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will engage with walk-in and referred clients, understand their requirements, and present appropriate bespoke furniture solutions. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, including consultations, quotations, follow-ups, and closing orders while maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with design and production teams to align client expectations with workshop capabilities and timelines. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, supporting showroom presentations, and contributing to sales targets and overall business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales and client relationship skills, including consultative selling, negotiation, and post-sales follow-up.
- Communication and interpersonal abilities, with strong spoken and written English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of interior design, furniture, or lifestyle products, with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Comfort with using CRM systems or digital tools for lead tracking, documentation, and reporting.
- Proven experience in retail, luxury, furniture, or design-focused sales roles is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple client interactions, and meet defined sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field is beneficial.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and interest in handcrafted, bespoke products.
