Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through consultative selling, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and converting qualified leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging product demos and consultation calls for both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Understand customer requirements and clearly communicate the platform's value proposition.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead qualification and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer handover.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute towards improving sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and sales activities using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a similar consultative sales role.
  • Proven track record of conducting product demos and closing revenue-generating deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and execution-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and Hindi.

Good to Have

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of the SaaS and/or EdTech ecosystem.
