Job Description
We're looking for someone who wants to build a long term career with us, not just complete another internship.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Strong interest in technology, websites, AI, or digital services.
- Good communication and relationship building skills.
- No aggressive or forceful sales approach.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- No monthly sales quota or unrealistic targets.
- I don't believe in unpaid internships. However, as a small bootstrapped company, we have an initial training period of up to 2 months to ensure we're the right fit for each other.
- If you close 4 prospect within your first month, we'll convert you to a paid role immediately. Even if you close just 1 prospect, I'll do my best to make the position paid as early as possible.
- Salary after conversion: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, based on performance.

I genuinely want this to be one of the most valuable internships a student or fresher can get in Raipur. My goal isn't to use interns for free work. My goal is to mentor people, give them real business exposure, and help them build skills that most companies don't teach.
If you're ambitious, curious, and want hands on experience working directly with founders and real clients, you'll learn more here in a few months than you would from many traditional internships.
I'm not looking for employees. I'm looking for future leaders who want to grow with the company for years to come.
