Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to handle student inquiries and assist prospective learners in choosing the right courses at Skill Shiksha, the training platform vertical of Techdock Labs.

The role involves interacting with walk-in visitors, answering calls and messages, providing detailed information about available training programs, and supporting the enrollment process. The candidate will also assist with front desk coordination and ensure a smooth and professional experience for visitors while contributing to admissions and overall student engagement activities.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and walk-in inquiries regarding courses and training programs.
  • Provide clear information about course details, fees, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
  • Assist in converting inquiries into student admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Welcome and guide visitors and prospective students and direct them to the appropriate team members when required.
  • Maintain records of student inquiries, leads, and follow-up communications.
  • Schedule appointments, counselling sessions, or demos for interested students.
  • Coordinate with trainers and management for student onboarding and scheduling.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with basic administrative and documentation tasks.
  • Ensure a professional and positive experience for students and visitors.
  • Support the team in achieving admission and inquiry conversion targets.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, BA, or any graduation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle student inquiries, follow-ups, and client interactions in a professional manner.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service practices.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, spreadsheets, and basic data handling.
  • A professional attitude with a customer-first approach.
