Job Description

We have a varied client portfolio across multiple industry segments – Liquor, Beverages, Dairy, Food, FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, Lubricants and Agrochemicals.


Job Title: Sales Executive

Reporting To: Sales Manager Reportee(s):

Location: Delhi - RSM / Sales Manager & Sales Executive - Chandigarh or Lucknow


Basic Qualification: Diploma/B.E.

Experience:RSM / Sales Manager - 8+ yrs and Sales Executive: 2 - 5 years


Key Responsibilities:

Territory Coverage:  Manage and service the assigned sales territory effectively  Execute territory-wise sales plans aligned with regional targets  Ensure regular market visits to build brand visibility and customer connect for products


New Customer Business Development:  Identify and develop new customers in Pharma, FMCG, and Packaging segments  Generate and convert new inquiries through proactive market outreach  Build relationships with purchase, technical, and decision-making stakeholders


Order Booking & Followups:  Drive order booking for standard and customized packaging machines  Coordinate customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations  Follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures  Maintain accurate sales pipeline and opportunity tracking


Key Account Management:  Manage assigned customers and support key accounts under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager  Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the territory  Ensure adherence to approved pricing, commercial terms, and company policies


Pre & Post-Sales Coordination:  Coordinate with internal team for: o Sample trial & Demonstration o Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) o Machine dispatch schedule  Support resolution of post-sales service issues to ensure customer satisfaction


Payment Collection & Commercial Discipline:  Follow up with customers for timely payment collection as per agreed terms  Coordinate with Finance team for outstanding receivables  Ensure strict adherence to commercial and credit policies


TECHNICAL: Industrial Automation & Packaging Systems Knowledge Strong understanding of packaging machinery and automation solutions. B2B Technical Sales Execution Ability to manage long-cycle, solution-based sales.
