Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for fostering customer relationships, driving sales, and achieving targets for diamond jewellery. Responsibilities include actively identifying new business opportunities, providing personalized customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and collaborating with team members to improve sales strategies and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service and client management experience
• Knowledge of diamond jewellery and market trends
• Time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications
• Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
