Role Description
The Sales Executive will work on-site at Studio Inside Out in Vadodara in a full-time capacity, focusing on generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, presenting design services and solutions, and following up on leads through meetings, calls, and site visits. The role involves preparing proposals, coordinating with the design team to understand project requirements, and ensuring clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders. The Sales Executive will maintain sales records, track performance against targets, and contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives to expand the firm’s client base.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to present design concepts clearly and confidently to prospective clients.
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in architecture, interiors, or related industries.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic sales documentation, proposal creation, and use of CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and visit client locations as required.
- Professional, inclusive, and collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues.
