Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ERP product demonstrations, sales presentations, and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure smooth and efficient deal execution
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Track sales pipelines, prepare sales reports, and support revenue forecasting activities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions and enterprise clients
  • Gather client feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies and ERP offerings
