Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach activities
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable ERP software solutions based on business needs
- Conduct ERP product demonstrations, sales presentations, and solution walkthroughs for prospective clients
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure
- Collaborate with internal sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure smooth and efficient deal execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems
- Track sales pipelines, prepare sales reports, and support revenue forecasting activities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with educational institutions and enterprise clients
- Gather client feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies and ERP offerings
- Earn a 10% commission on every successful sale with uncapped earning potential
- Performance-based growth and career advancement opportunities
