We?re looking for a
Sales & Client Experience Intern
who will own the entire journey, from lead calling and conversion to post-sales client satisfaction. This is a
work-from-office role in Ahmedabad
with involvement in both
online and offline sales activities
.
You?ll be the bridge between the client, the trainer, and Snapnfit, ensuring that every booking turns into a great experience.
What You?ll Do:
Call incoming leads generated and explain Snapnfit?s 1:1 home fitness services
Follow up with leads through WhatsApp and phone calls until booking confirmation
Track session progress, reschedules, and client feedback
Maintain call logs and update remarks in CRM or lead tracking sheet
Ensure client satisfaction by resolving small operational issues promptly
Participate in
offline sales & BTL marketing activities
(e.g., society demos, local campaigns, flyers, gym partnerships) to generate leads and brand awareness
Report directly to the founding team and support daily operations in-office
Who You Are:
Confident communicator in Hindi & English & Gujarati
Based in
Ahmedabad
and available for
full-time work from office
Strong follow-up skills with empathy and an ownership mindset
Interested in fitness, customer relations, and field-level marketing
Comfortable handling both client and trainer coordination
