Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and closing sales over the phone and email for the US market. This is a full-time position working US business hours.

Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and closing sales over the phone and email for the US market. This is a full-time position working US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Conduct high-quality product presentations and demos to prospective clients
- Understand client needs and clearly articulate the value proposition of Caresmartz360 solutions
- Manage and update CRM with accurate client information and sales activities
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Follow up promptly on leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-9 years of inside sales experience, preferably in SaaS/healthcare/software solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable working US business hours (Eastern or Central Time zones)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Experience selling to home care agencies or healthcare providers
- Knowledge of the US healthcare/home care industry
