Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining existing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the engineering team to understand client requirements and providing input to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires proactive communication and strong knowledge of electrical products and industry trends.

- Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and electrical panel manufacturing
- Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Organizational and time management skills to meet sales targets efficiently
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and project management
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and providing strategic sales insights
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in the electrical or manufacturing industry, is preferred
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering results
