Job Title: Sales Executive – B2B (Flexible Packaging Machinery)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Our product range includes high-performance machines such as Rotogravure Printing Machines, laminators, slitters, and custom-engineered systems. With a strong presence in the market and a focus on innovation, we are looking to expand our team with a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for our range of flexible packaging machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales with converters, packaging companies, and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential customers in B2B sectors including flexible packaging, converting, food & beverage, pharma, and FMCG industries.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized machine solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
  • Regular follow-ups with clients and conversion of leads to orders.
  • Maintain CRM and regular reporting of sales activities.
  • Attend industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and service teams for successful order execution and after-sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) or any relevant field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial machinery sales, preferably in flexible packaging/converting machinery.
  • Strong B2B sales background with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical aptitude to understand machinery features and applications.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across regions for client meetings and exhibitions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in selling to packaging converters, printing & packaging houses, or manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge of packaging processes and trends.
  • Existing client network in the packaging machinery space.
