UdyogShastra is building a B2B platform that connects manufacturers and D2C brands directly with retailers, making product sourcing easier and more profitable for retailers.

We are looking for a Sales Executive who will help onboard retailers and introduce them to the benefits of ordering products through the UdyogShastra platform.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach retail shop owners in target areas

• Introduce retailers to the UdyogShastra platform and explain its benefits

• Help retailers understand how to place orders through the platform

• Build strong relationships with retailers and encourage repeat usage

• Gather feedback from retailers and share insights with the team

• Support onboarding and initial orders for new retailers


Requirements

• Good communication and persuasion skills

• Comfortable interacting with retailers and business owners

• Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge

• Self-driven and willing to work in the field

• Prior sales or field marketing experience is a plus
