Sales executive

Job Title: Sales Executive – Insurance & Mutual Funds

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our financial services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies, mutual funds, and investment products to individual and corporate clients. You will play a key role in expanding our client base and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients to promote insurance and mutual fund products.

Understand customer financial goals and recommend suitable investment/insurance options.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct financial planning and portfolio review meetings.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including client seminars and campaigns.

Coordinate with back-office and operations teams for policy issuance and after-sales service.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in insurance, mutual funds, or financial products).

IRDA / AMFI certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.

Additional rewards for achieving sales milestones.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
