This is a full-time on-site Sales Executive role based in Surat. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include engaging with customers and retail partners, understanding their requirements, promoting luxury eyewear collections, and ensuring top-notch customer service. The role also entails staying updated on the latest eyewear trends to provide insightful recommendations.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills along with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of luxury or fashion brands and a strong interest in eyewear trends
- Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in sales or the fashion/eyewear industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
- Flexibility to collaborate effectively with team members and retail partners
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
