Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at Physique Ascension Club in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and converting leads, conducting facility tours, explaining membership options, and closing sales with prospective clients. Daily tasks include managing incoming inquiries, following up with leads via calls, messages, and in-person meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM or tracking systems. The role involves building long-term relationships with members, understanding their fitness goals, and recommending suitable packages and services, including premium offerings and add-ons. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the front desk and training teams to ensure a seamless member onboarding experience, meet individual and team sales targets, and represent PAC’s luxury performance brand with professional, service-focused communication.
Qualifications
  • Proven skills in consultative selling, lead generation, and closing memberships or service-based sales.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities with diverse client profiles.
  • Experience in customer service, client onboarding, and handling in-person, phone, and digital inquiries.
  • Basic proficiency in CRM tools or sales tracking software, and comfort with using email, messaging, and office applications.
  • Prior experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service environments is highly beneficial.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work to sales targets, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Professional presentation, enthusiasm for fitness and lifestyle improvement, and a commitment to high service standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent sales experience.
