Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Faridabad. The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and promote the company’s packaging products such as corrugation, honeycomb boards, angle boards, paper pallets, and slip sheets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, understanding customer requirements, preparing and presenting proposals and quotations, and negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on order processing and delivery, tracking sales targets and reporting performance, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The Sales Executive is expected to stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to support effective sales strategies.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Customer relationship management abilities, with experience in client communication, needs assessment, and account servicing.
- Knowledge of industrial or packaging products and markets, preferably corrugation, honeycomb boards, angle boards, paper pallets, and slip sheets.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features in clear, practical terms.
- Solid negotiation and commercial acumen, including comfort with pricing discussions and basic contract terms.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular client visits in and around Faridabad, and travel locally as required.
- Proficiency in standard office software and, ideally, experience with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
