The company also delivers end-to-end corporate gifting solutions, including consumer promotions, channel partner incentives, employee and festival gifting, and event-related gifts. A&I works directly with leading brands such as Apple, Samsung, Bajaj, Prestige, Haier, HP, Lenovo, and others to provide competitively priced products with reliable last-mile delivery.
Role Description The Business Development Executive will work full time on-site in South Delhi, focusing on expanding A&I’s customer base and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and presenting A&I’s product and service offerings to corporate and institutional clients. The role involves managing accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities in CRM or similar tools. The Business Development Executive will also analyze market trends, participate in client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, and contribute to sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, opportunity identification, and pipeline management.
  • Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business relationship skills, with the ability to nurture clients and support repeat and referral business.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, advertising, or product aggregation is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple accounts, and meet revenue and activity targets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
