Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Core tasks include presenting and promoting telecommunications solutions to prospects, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role demands regular market analysis to identify trends and capitalize on potential opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture client relationships
- Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or meeting sales targets
- Understanding of telecommunications services, including VoIP, cloud telephony, and enterprise connectivity
- Project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple client portfolios effectively
- Self-motivation and strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is a strong advantage
- A collaborative work attitude and the capability to contribute to team-oriented goals
