Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bahadurpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting with potential and existing clients, and promoting the company’s products or services. Daily tasks include generating leads, conducting sales calls and in-person meetings, preparing and delivering proposals, and following up to close deals. The role involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, providing regular updates and reports to management, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends and competitor activity to help refine sales strategies and support overall business growth.

Qualifications
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in conducting in-person and phone-based sales conversations.
- Basic proficiency in using email, spreadsheets, and CRM or sales tracking tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and reporting responsibilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently on-site in Bahadurpur.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Comfortable traveling locally for client visits and market outreach as required.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
