Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include creating and delivering effective sales presentations, analyzing market trends, preparing proposals or reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires proactive engagement, attention to customer needs, and the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.

Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
- Understanding of market research, customer needs, and competitive analysis
- Proficiency in CRM tools, report preparation, and sales analytics
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being independent in client outreach
- Organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge or experience in Silicone Chemistry, specialty chemicals, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field
