Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales to meet company targets. The role involves preparing and delivering sales pitches, negotiating contracts, understanding market trends, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to streamline lead generation.

• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing
• Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing
• Understanding of market trends and ability to conduct competitive and market analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in digital tools for sales operations, reporting, and communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the manufacturing or B2B sector is a plus
