Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kerala, India. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing customer relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and presenting relevant products and solutions to clients. Day-to-day tasks involve engaging with new and existing clients, generating leads, creating sales reports, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaboration with the sales team, handling negotiations, and understanding customer needs will be crucial aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Basic Technical Knowledge of electronics and products in the industry
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and regional languages is a plus
