Google Pay is seeking enthusiastic Sales Executives to become a part of our dynamic team in Bagh Amberpet, Hyderabad. As a Sales Executive at Google Pay, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, driving sales, and representing one of the most innovative financial services platforms in the industry.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining customer records, conducting field sales visits, acquiring new customers, and explaining the features and benefits of Google Pay products. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing customer relationships, achieving or exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our business.

This is a full-time Field Sales position requiring 6 months to 1 year of field sales experience. Working hours are from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, 6 days a week. The role offers a competitive salary range of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Customer Record Maintenance: Accurately maintain and update customer records and sales information for Google Pay.
• Field Sales Visits: Conduct regular sales visits to potential and existing customers to promote Google Pay products and services.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers to expand the user base for Google Pay.
• Product Explanation: Clearly explain the features and benefits of Google Pay products to customers, addressing any queries they may have.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and increase repeat business for Google Pay.
• Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Google Pay.
• Market Feedback: Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to improve Google Pay offerings.
• Report Preparation: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity updates to the management team at Google Pay.
• Customer Support: Offer excellent customer support during and after the sales process, ensuring high levels of satisfaction for Google Pay customers.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration for Google Pay.
  
  

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Minimum of 10th Pass or equivalent.
• Experience: 6 to 12 months of experience in field sales, preferably in financial services or related sectors for Google Pay.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain Google Pay products.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers for Google Pay.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles for Google Pay.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities for Google Pay.
• Driving License: A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for field sales visits for Google Pay.
