Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, and converting prospective students into enrollments. The role also involves analyzing market trends, developing sales strategies, establishing partnerships, managing a sales pipeline, and ensuring exceptional service and follow-up with clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with the team to drive revenue growth and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential students via calls and follow-ups.
- Provide information about online programs (MBA, BBA, B.Com, etc.).
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead records and update details in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth admission processing.
Requirements:
- 6 months- 2 years years of experience in education/EdTech sales.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented mindset and CRM knowledge.
