At iCONEX, we are looking for a competitive and trustworthy sales executive to contribute to the growth of our company. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, extremely motivated with excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, execute, and review a progressive business development plan to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding and responding to their needs
  • Identify and convert new customer opportunities through referrals, competitive events, and alternative marketing platforms
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and establish relationships through regular contact, conducting face-to-face visits/presentations and phone conversations
  • Maintain and grow existing clients through optimised quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate internally with the marketing team to assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES


  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the medical conferences and exhibitions
  • Prior industry experience within B2B sales and negotiation will be advantageous
  • Flexible and professional approach to all clients/customers
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent telephone and message-taking etiquette
  • Availability to extra hours and weekends as per project requirements
  • Driven, hardworking, with the ability to manage your own diary to maximize results
  • Well-developed communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines
  • Able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Maintain positive working relationships with customers
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English
  • Great team player
  • Willingness to travel
