Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive at our HNDRD showroom, you are the primary point of contact for athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Your goal is to provide expert product guidance, drive in-store sales, and ensure every customer leaves with the right gear to "Live Hundred Percent."


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive In-Store Sales: Meet and exceed daily sales targets by actively engaging walk-in customers and closing sales.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of HNDRD’s technical gear, including footwear and performance apparel, to provide expert recommendations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with frequent buyers to build loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
  • Lead Generation & Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell premium gear and generate leads for bulk or team orders.
  • Showroom Management: Handle daily billing, inventory tracking, and ensure the showroom display remains premium and organized.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
  • Language: Professional fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory;
  • Passion for Sport: A genuine interest in badminton or fitness is preferred to better connect with our community.
  • Sales Grit: Proven ability to handle customer objections and close deals in a retail environment.
