Sales Executive Head – Real Estate (NA Plots)

📍 Location: Mulshi
🏢 Industry: Real Estate – NA Plot Sales

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive Head for our real estate team at Mulshi location. Candidate must have strong experience in NA plot sales and excellent leadership & client handling skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team for NA plot projects

Generate leads and achieve sales targets

Handle client meetings, site visits, and negotiations

Develop sales strategies to increase conversions

Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups

Coordinate with marketing and management teams

Prepare sales reports and performance updates

Ensure smooth end-to-end sales process

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate sales

Must have experience in NA plot sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Leadership and team handling experience preferred

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Good knowledge of local real estate market
