Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, developing strong client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exemplary customer service. Additional duties may include market research, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
- Experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, and Negotiation
- Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written, and Presentation Abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and general computer literacy
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in pest management or a similar field is a plus
