Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in sales and grow with a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
• Communicate effectively with clients in Hindi and basic English
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly
• Update sales records and reports in the system

Requirements:

• Any Graduate can apply
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
• Basic computer knowledge must (MS Office, email handling, internet)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• BPO sales calling experience are preferred; however, freshers are also welcome to apply.
