We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end IT hiring. The role involves managing multiple recruitment pipelines across India and US time zones, collaborating with technical teams, and delivering a strong candidate experience.


Skill / Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree or Diploma in IT, HR, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT/technical recruitment
  • Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, SAP, etc.
  • Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of Boolean search
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and work in rotational (US) shifts
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience hiring for US or international clients
  • Exposure to ATS tools and recruitment platforms
  • Team handling or mentoring experience is an advantage



Job Responsibilities

  • Source and engage IT talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviews, coordination, and offer closure
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and hiring priorities
  • Maintain ATS data, reports, trackers, and MIS
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for niche and critical roles
  • Post and manage job openings across platforms
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring activities across India and US time zones
