Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Lucknow. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations. The role includes creating and delivering sales pitches, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the internal team for seamless product onboarding and ensure excellent after-sales service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and successful lead generation
- Ability to conduct market research, assess customer needs, and offer customized solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic understanding of healthcare technology is an advantage
- Capability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or other relevant fields
- Past experience in the healthcare domain or with medical devices is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations
