Role Description
Espion Infotech is looking for a confident and target-oriented Sales Executive with strong experience in outbound calling, inbound call handling, lead conversion, and revenue-driven sales roles.
The candidate must have hands-on experience working with customers or clients in the US and Canada market. We are looking for someone who has worked in a fast-paced sales environment where meeting targets, handling customer conversations, and converting leads were key parts of the role. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Sales Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US and Canada market.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries professionally and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries and smooth communication.
- Stay updated on customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Experience
- Must have 2–4 years of recent sales experience.
- Must have experience working in the US and Canada market.
- Strong experience in outbound calling and inbound call handling.
- Prior experience in a sales role is required.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle international clients professionally.
- Good understanding of lead generation, follow-ups, and client relationship management.
- Comfortable with sales targets, reporting, and performance tracking.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
