Job Description
Role Overview
- Drive B2B sales of MC4 connectors, DC cables and solar BOS components.
- Pure sales + closure role focused on revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close leads from EPC contractors, installers and distributors.
- Handle RFQs, quotations, negotiations and order closures.
- Build strong relationships with solar industry clients.
- Coordinate internally for pricing and dispatch.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
- 2–3 years experience in solar sales.
- Must have sold solar components / cables / BOS.
- Strong EPC / contractor network preferred.
- Comfortable with cold calling and field visits.
- Proven ability to close deals.
